Where We Ship
Korva Supply ships to all provinces and territories across Canada, with the following exceptions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes — a physical address is required for all deliveries
- Remote postal codes in Northern Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may experience extended delivery times
We do not currently ship outside of Canada.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is included on every order across Canada. There are no additional shipping charges, customs fees, or cross-border duties — all orders are shipped and fulfilled from within Canada.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST Monday–Friday, or on weekends and Canadian public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec: 4–7 business days
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland: 6–10 business days
- Northern Territories and remote areas: 10–15 business days
These are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@korvasupply.com.
Freight & Large Item Delivery
Larger items such as raised garden beds ship by freight with curbside delivery. This means the courier will deliver the item to the curb or driveway of your address — they are not required to bring it inside or up stairs.
For freight deliveries, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery window before your order arrives. A phone number is required at checkout for all freight shipments. The courier will attempt delivery twice — if you are unavailable both times, you may need to collect your order from a nearby depot.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please note 'Package Damaged' when signing for delivery and contact us immediately at support@korvasupply.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Courier Partners
Korva Supply ships with trusted Canadian carriers including FedEx, Canpar, UPS, and DHL. The carrier used for your specific order will depend on your location and the size of your order.
