Our Return Policy

Korva Supply accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return or refund in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item does not match the product description
  • You wish to return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and components included. Unauthorized returns (returns sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us using one of the two methods below:

Please include the following in your message: your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

For damaged or defective items, please do not ship the item back until we have reviewed your photos and confirmed the return. In many cases, we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, Korva Supply will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Korva Supply does not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Return Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, or other payment method). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by Korva Supply carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us at support@korvasupply.com with your order number and a description of the defect
  • Include photos or video showing the issue
  • We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note 'Package Damaged' when signing for delivery. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately and contact us at support@korvasupply.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
