What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout — your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Is it safe to order from Korva Supply? Yes. Korva Supply is a registered Canadian business based in Richmond, BC. We operate with a real address, real phone number, and real support team. Our contact details are on our Contact page and in the footer of every page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us at support@korvasupply.com or call (phone number) as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped can typically be modified or cancelled. Once an order has shipped, it follows our standard return process.

Where do you ship? We ship across Canada. All orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order size.

How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where do your products ship from? Korva Supply is an authorized Canadian retailer. Our products ship from warehouse locations within Canada and North America. We do not ship from overseas — all delivery timeframes reflect Canadian domestic transit times.

Do large items require special delivery? Some larger products — like grills and garden beds — ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery window before the shipment arrives.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

Where do your products come from? We are an authorized retailer sourcing through established Canadian distribution. This means your order is fulfilled from Canadian warehouse stock — not shipped from overseas. Every product in our catalog has been reviewed for build quality before being listed.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. All Korva Supply products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within that period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

Are the products easy to assemble? Most products require some assembly. Garden beds typically take 15–20 minutes with no specialized tools. Grills and larger structures may take 30–45 minutes. Instructions are included, and we're available by phone or email if you run into anything.

Are your garden beds safe for growing vegetables? Yes. Our galvanized steel garden beds are food-safe for vegetable growing. The zinc-based galvanization is stable and does not leach harmful compounds into soil under normal gardening conditions.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@korvasupply.com with your order number to start a return. We respond within one business day.

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no lengthy process, no runaround. Return shipping is covered by us for damaged items.
